ORDERS

All our jewellery is crafted in 22KT Gold, 18KT Gold, or 92.5 Silver. To ensure genuineness, each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and undergoes stringent checks either in-house or trusted third-party laboratory.

You can conveniently place your order through our website at www.JadtarJewellers.com. For a wider selection and exclusive collections, you can also visit our Instagram or Facebook pages. Simply send us a direct message, and our team will be happy to assist you with your order.

We do offer customizations on all our Gold jewellery, be it changing gemstone color, using different metal or sizing, please fill out our Custom Jewellery form so we can assist you further.

We do not offer any customization on our 925 Silver jewellery at the moment. But feel free to reach out to us, and we will try our best to assist you.

Yes, we do have a physical store, but we primarily showcase our extensive collection of jewellery on our website and social media platforms. This allows us to offer a wider range of designs and convenient online shopping experiences. However, you are more than welcome to visit our store during our business hours, Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, look at  our Contact Us page for the store address. Please note that not all items may be available in-store as our inventory is primarily featured online. We recommend browsing our website or contacting us beforehand to inquire about specific pieces of interest.

Currently, gift wrapping options are not available through our website. However, if you require gift wrapping services, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request and assist you.

In compliance with taxation and regulations in India, we are required to collect certain information for all orders exceeding INR 2 Lacs. If your order falls under this category, we will reach out to you to request the necessary information. Please note that this requirement applies to both customers within and outside of India. Orders exceeding INR 2 Lacs will be put on hold and will not be processed until we receive the requested information. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

SHIPPING

Please contact us at jadtarjewellers@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a change. If you want to change your shipping address from an Indian address to an international address, please note that import and customs fees may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

We offer free shipping on most of our products within India. For international orders, customers are responsible for the shipping costs, including any import or customs fees. The shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

Since most of our products are handcrafted, we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. This process typically takes 3-4 weeks, and you can expect your order to be delivered within a month. Our team will keep you informed about the progress and estimated delivery date. At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

We strive to use reputed courier companies for all our deliveries. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we may use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries and inform you accordingly. For specific countries, we carefully select the best carrier to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your package.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept any RETURNS or EXCHANGES unless the received product is damaged in transit. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details. 

While we do check multiple times before shipping our jewellery products, we understand that issues may arise. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to jadtarjewellers@gmail.com and include an unboxing video and photos of the damaged item with some details. Our fulfillment team will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to return the product. If your return is accepted, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major debit and credit cards from Indian and select international banks, as well as UPI, net banking, and payment wallets. If you encounter any payment issues, please contact us for assistance.

Currently, we do not offer EMI payment options. Full payment is required to initiate the processing of your order.
